Twisted Timeline

Sustainability is the current trend in Hong Kong, however people tend to emphasize on superficial cookie cutter ways to "be more sustainable" than to trace back to the heart of its problem.
'Twisted timeline' is a handmade installation for ‘DETOUR 2011: Use-Less’ organised by Hong Kong Ambassadors of Design at The Former Police Married Quarters on Hollywood Road. It’s using duplicated material and method to create the perfect wall, the wall wraps around its primitive core, blocking us from its original appearance.
Covering might seems like the direct way to solve the problem. Since it's covered, we no longer see it and we no longer think about it.
